Tata Hall, located on the campus of Harvard Business School, features an arc shaped facade providing panoramic views for the Charles River. Venetian blinds ensure glare and solar heat gain are managed while natural daylight is also harvested. Innovative design allows 92% of regularly occupied areas have access to views and Solarai's optimized control of the blinds ensure these views are maintained without compromising building performance or occupant comfort. Customized control panel software with interactive floorplan graphics allow facility managers to monitor the status as well as create custom overrides and schedules. The system is fully integration with the building management system to provide advanced override control.
