Project Description
Stanford, CA, USA
Anderson collection at Stanford University is one of the world’s most outstanding private assemblies of modern and contemporary American art. A combination of roller shades and venetian blinds control light from facade and clerestory windows. Predictive solar tracking and anti-glare regions protect the collection from UV damage. Interior light sensors provide feedback and allow the system to regulate the exact amount of light allowed to enter the gallery spaces. The BACnet control system is integrated with the overall building management system to simplify the operation of the overall facility and for coordinating shading control with lighting and HVAC systems.
