Project Description
Bentonville, AR, USA
Development of the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art was spearheaded by Alice Walton, the daughter of Walmart founder Sam Walton, through the Walton Family Foundation. Merging art and nature through beautiful architectural design, visitors are presented with stunning views of the ponds, gardens, courtyards, and forest. The bottom up shades provide protection for the art in gallery and common areas without compromising the visitors views and connection to the surrounding natural environment.
