Interior daylighting blinds, using predictive solar tracking, harvest natural light for the building interior reducing reliance on artificial lighting systems. The Solarai control system plays an integral part in the overall reduction of energy consumption of the building, contributing to the LEED CS Platinum certification.  BACnet shade controllers integrate directly with the Building Management System (BMS) allowing operators a single point of access for status and control of all building systems.
